Cocktail reception prior to dinner (inclusive) First course includes Scallop Carpaccio with Pickled Peaches. Second Course is a Braised Pork belly in Petit Sirah Jus and Sunchoke Puree. Third Course is a Wood Roasted Beef Ribeye with Potato Croquettes and Smoked Paprika Hollandaise with Cabernet Sauvignon. A Dessert course is Coffee and Donuts. An Espresso Crème Brulee with Home Made Donuts and Port.
We had a version of the Scallop Carpaccio at a special dinner last year and it was a treat beyond belief.
