Ava Wine Dinner Tonight

Last second opportunity at Restaurant Ava. Chef Randall Copeland just rang me up explaining a cancellation that has opened up a few seats to the San Martino Winery dinner at his restaurant tonight. Last minute opportunities are the best kind!

Check out this four course dinner:        

Cocktail reception prior to dinner (inclusive)
First course includes Scallop Carpaccio with Pickled Peaches.
Second Course is a Braised Pork belly in Petit Sirah Jus and Sunchoke Puree.
Third Course is a Wood Roasted Beef Ribeye with Potato Croquettes and Smoked Paprika Hollandaise with Cabernet Sauvignon.
A Dessert course is Coffee and Donuts. An Espresso Crème Brulee with Home Made Donuts and Port.


We had a version of the Scallop Carpaccio at a special dinner last year and it was a treat beyond belief.
