We will sign off any reason to try a great burger, and this week Tillamook provided just such an occasion. We are already knee deep in Tillamook’s Dallas Burger Week and you can find their cheeses layered on some of the city’s finest patties March 17-24, 2012.
What makes this whole Tillamook cheese week so special is that you are guaranteed to have delicious slices of real cheese oozing down the side of your burger instead of some odd science experiment.
