Meddlesome Moth is a fantastic spot for a beer in the Design District; plenty of beers in fact. The Moth sports one of the most comprehensive set of taps in Dallas. But the food has always been inconsistent and somewhat a disappointment. Today we receive word via the new editor at Eater Dallas, Whitney Filloon that chef David McMillan from the recently shuttered Screen Door has been quietly working the kitchen t the Moth.
This is fantastic news and brings hope for a new menu bedazzled with McMillan’s flair for better dining.
