Urban Rio, the popular Mexican Cantina and Grill in downtown Plano is set to host a Chilean wine tasting at which the winemaker will be present. Julio Bastias is head winemaker of the popularly priced Matetic Vineyards brand. He will describe each wine and discuss how it was made. Wine dinners are always more rewarding when the wine maker attends and this one is also a bargain.
