While Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse is one of America’s most luxurious restaurants to have dinner, they also have a great lunch menu filled with delicious light bites. On both weekdays and weekdays, guests of Del Frisco’s can choose from a selection of entrees less heavy than steaks, but equally as hearty and filling.

During lunch, Del Frisco’s offers the same cocktails as they do at dinner, however, the addition of the Mai Tai makes for a sweet, coconut-flavored Hawaiian spirit. Additionally, the Honey Bourbon cocktail is airy and lemon-y, with the aftertaste of a gummy candy.

For starters, the seared Seared Scallop & Frisee is a light, healthy choice. It comes served with asparagus, cucumber and truffle deviled eggs. The scallops are grilled to perfection and cut smoothly and precisely. For those who don’t take well to gluten, the Seared Scallop & Frisee is one’s best bet.

As poké is growing in popularity, Del Frisco’s Rainbow Poké Bowl adds a luxurious spin on the traditional Hawaiian dish. Vibrant with nearly every color of the rainbow, the Rainbow Poké Bowl is filled with a sweet salmon, a spicy ahi tuna, and sat atop a bed of ivoty lentil hummus and red quinoa. The bowl also contains pickled fennel, beets, heirloom cauliflower and red onion, and is mixed with a mint-scented citrus infused oil.

While the idea of a steak made of cauliflower may sound peculiar, especially in Texas, Del Frisco’s pulls it off very well. The cilantro chimichurri and tomato vinaigrette a delightfully bittersweet flavor to the Roasted Heirloom Cauliflower Steak, which comes served with ginger soy shiitake mushrooms and charred asparagus.

For those wanting meat, but still hoping to keep it light, The Pacific Coast Cobb Salad comes served with a choice of lobster or chicken, along with lettuce, egg, shaved Gruyere, bacon and avocado, topped with a lemon tarragon vinaigrette dressing.

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse serves lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
