Just in time for midsummer, a brand new, vibrant and redesigned, seasonal dinner menu has been announced at Stephan Pyles Flora Street Café at HALL Arts. The menu will debut July 25, 2019. The dinner menu will reflect the new casual experience guests can expect to be in bloom at Flora Street Café.

Since late Spring, Flora Street Café has been unveiling new programming which included a new lunch and for the first-time ever, a Sunday brunch, which was recently named Best Brunch for ‘Best of Big D’ 2019 by D Magazine. Stephan Pyles Flora Street Café was also lauded in July 2019, for the third year in a row, as one of the “Top 100 Wine Restaurants in America” by Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

With the debut of a new and more approachable dinner menu, guests can now enjoy new dishes such as Compressed Braised Pork Shoulder with Peach-Goat Cheese Empanada, Fig-Mascarpone Flat Bread with Jamon Serrano and Red Chile Honey, and Smoked Akaushi Prime Rib. There are also new takes on favorites from previous Stephan Pyles restaurants such as his well-known ceviches and a variety of masa dishes, all made with fresh nixtamal. Other changes include updated tablescapes sans white linens, newly designed more casual uniforms, updated wine and cocktail list, playlist, multicolored florals and a more relaxed, yet personalized, level of service.

“We want everyone to get the chance to experience this new vision of Flora Street Café and we created this new menu and took this new direction to make the restaurant more approachable for all in the Dallas Arts District and downtown Dallas,” said Chef Stephan Pyles. “Everyone should be able to have access to art in its many forms and artful dining every day.”

The dinner menu is split into five sections, and still carries inspiring, thoughtful quotes from those in the arts and includes: Shareables, Ceviches, Masa, Summer Fresh, a seasonal, rotating section of the menu, and Large Plates.
