Pappas Delta Blues, which is part of the Houston Pappas everything including the fine steakhouse, seafood restaurant, Pappasito’s, Pappa’s Burgers, Pappa’s Barbecue and even the proud owners of Luby’s will be moving into the space at 3916 Dallas Parkway with their other concept, Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse this Fall.
With over 80 restaurants under their belt Pappas is offering prime beef for their brisket with is procured from Creekstone Farms. Creekstone is known for prime Black Angus which are fed superior grains and state-of-the-art processing.
Menu offerings will include an upgraded smoked boudin, fried green tomatoes, skewered shrimp with sausage, Nashville hot quail (very in right now), a selection of salads, steaks and a very fine pimento cheese. Especially delicious would be the Berkshire pork belly belly.
Also look for fine fried chicken, catfish and a smattering of tasty sides. Look forward to the full bar with a hefty selection of whiskies.
Desserts are not an afterthought with Mississippi Mudslide (Devil’s Food, muddy
mocha cream, hot fudge and marshmallow slide) or a bounty of fresh cobblers.
