New Fall Cocktails at Truluck’s


Truluck’s takes great pride in the Art of the Cocktail. They use the best possible ingredients and techniques to ensure that every drink served is an experience. Only fresh fruit and hand-squeezed citrus juices are used every day. Premium spirits are used and they pour all sodas and mixers from bottles.

Enjoy Half-Price Cocktails, Featured Wines, and Selected Appetizers during Cocktail Hour in the Stone Crab Lounge 4:30-6:30 pm, Monday-Friday. In celebration of the Fall season, Truluck’s has rolled out several new cocktails, all with an orange twist or garnish.

New Fall Cocktails Include:

UPPER MANHATTAN Butter-Washed Rye, Chinato Vermouth, maple syrup, black walnut bitters | 18.5 (Cocktail Hour 9.25)

FIG MANHATTAN Rye, Vermouth, fig syrup, orange bitters | 14.5 (Cocktail Hour 7.25)

FIRESIDE CHAT Bourbon, Averna, Ancho Reyes, bitters, cinnamon syrup | 14 (Cocktail Hour 7)

PAPER PLANE Bourbon, Aperol, Zucca Rabarbaro, lemon juice | 14.5 (Cocktail Hour 7.25)


Recipe for the Fig Manhattan
Glass:  Rocks

• 2 oz. Old Forester Rye
•  ¾ oz. Alessio Chinato Vermouth
• ¾  oz. Liber and Co. Fig Syrup
•  3 dashes Fee Bros. Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir till chilled and diluted. Strain over an ice block in a rocks glass. Garnish with a broad cut orange twist.
