Milkshake Concepts, the hospitality group behind Vidorra, Citizen and Serious Pizza, will officially open STIRR’s third location in Addison, Texas on Monday, March 9th, 2020 at 11am. It will be located in the Village on the Parkway, which is nestled conveniently by Belt Line Road and the Dallas North Tollway. This modern American restaurant and bar originally opened in Dallas, Texas in the Deep Ellum neighborhood in 2016, serving up chef driven dishes and creative cocktails.

“We love the Addison area and have built our most impressive location to date; a stunning two story venue that we believe all residents and visitors to the area are really going to enjoy” said Imran Sheikh, CEO and Co-Founder of Milkshake Concepts. “Addison has a long history of amazing restaurants and nightlife, and we believe STIRR will be the perfect addition to an already bustling food and beverage scene. Whether you come in for lunch, dinner, brunch, happy hour or late night, we have something for everyone”

STIRR’s tagline is “Feed Your Soul”, and the food does just that. Assembled by Milkshake Concepts Director of Culinary Experience, Chef Rodman Shields, the menu features a variety of shareables, salads, flatbreads and entrées. Guests can enjoy an array of bold flavors with appetizers like their signature lightly battered Crispy Calamari with volcano sauce, and the Avocado Hummus with grilled naan bread, seasonal sliced veggies with a fresh corn and bean pico.

STIRR also offers popular lunch entrées like The Crispy Chicken kettle-chip crusted chicken breast in a brioche bun, jalapeño pickles and their moreish boom boom sauce and the Grown Up Grilled Cheese; toasted sourdough bread stuffed with melted gruyere, honey baked ham, poached pears and Dijon alongside a bowl of rich tomato bisque. For dinner, choose from hearty dishes like The Texan; a chicken fried rib-eye with duck fat cream gravy, loaded mash, jalapeño cornbread and Texas toast or indulge in lighter yet filling fare like the Togarashi Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad with fall greens, cilantro, asian slaw, avocado, sriracha peanuts tossed in a hoisin ginger vinaigrette with mint.

Brunch remains a staple on the STIRR weekly calendar. Alongside the usual shareables, salads and flatbreads, enjoy entrees like the Bananas Fosters Pancakes, with spiced rum caramelized bananas, toasted Texas pecans, Godiva white chocolate whipped cream and maple syrup and the Brisket Hash with herb potatoes, caramelized onions, mushrooms, bacon, swiss chard, cheddar cheese, over easy eggs and horseradish crema.

The beverage program at STIRR Addison is fun yet approachable, with a variety of thoughtfully crafted cocktails like the STIRR Old Fashioned Knob Creek rye, local honey simple, bruleed chocolate mole and angostura bitters and orange peel on a giant ice ball. In addition, there will be a large selection of local beers and a polished and concise wine list
