Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the pasta mix and bake the dishes uncovered for 25 minutes, or until the crumbs turn golden brown.

Mix them nicely. Preheat oven to 400 ⁰ F and line a baking sheet. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough into a 12-inch circle, about 1/8 inch thick. Put it on the baking sheet. Then, arrange the apple slices on the top, leaving space around the edge. Fold the edges towards the centre. Brush egg wash over crust and sprinkle with demerara sugar. Bake for 40-45 min until the crust is golden and fruit is tender. Let It cool begore slicing.
