Uchibā’s Uncommon Ramen Series Drops Chef Collaboration Lineup

Uchibā’s Uncommon Ramen, the monthly series celebrating innovative collaborations with Uchibā’s Chef Rhonda McCullar and renowned chefs from around the country, announced today their secured lineup of collaborations well into 2022. Since launching in 2017, the Uncommon Ramen series has boasted such celebrated chefs as Tommy Lee, Chris Shepherd, Aaron Franklin, and Tyson Cole, among others. Most recently, the concept featured a bowl made in conjunction with Top Chef Winner, Chef Hung Huynh of Guy Savoy, Bocuse d’Or, and CATCH.

Now the restaurant gears up for twelve months straight of star power-packed ramen bowl creations, kicking off on September 7th with Chef and Youtube sensation, Josh Weissman. Chef Weissman published his first cookbook at the age of 13. He went on to work as Chef de Cuisine of Uchiko, Austin for a time before moving into his current endeavor as a food & recipe content creator for his multi-million subscriber Youtube channel
