In addition to Truluck’s usual amazing menu of seafood and steak selections, all locations will showcase some special offerings for the Easter holiday served Friday, April 14 through Sunday, April 16. Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended, and can be made via Open Table or by calling the location of your choosing. Check out this special served with the regular menu as well.
- Florida Lobster Thermidor made with chunks of spiny lobster tail simmered in a creamy shellfish sauce with Havarti, mushrooms and tarragon ($125)

- Easter Bloom Cocktail* made with Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac, Almond Orgeat Syrup, Angostura, Lemon and Lime Juice strained into a martini glass and garnished with Dried Tea Roses and an Orchid ($14.5)
Let’s make that cocktail at home in preparation of our Easter visit to Truluck’s.
• 2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
• ¾ oz. Almond Orgeat Syrup(Liber and Co.)
• 2 dashes of Angostura
• ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
• ¼ oz. Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients with a shaker tin and ice. Double Strain into a martini glass. Garnish: Three Dried Tea Roses and an Orchid.
