
Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill in Plano has long been known as the region’s top destination for the freshest seafood and for their elegant preparation and presentation. Those passions come together each time the restaurant’s culinary team pairs with winemakers to create intimate and amazing food & wine experiences. They have created a beautiful five-course dinner featuring the freshest seafood in North Texas and amazing vintages from Robert Mondavi Winery hosted by Chef Ryan Oruch and Chris Teague of Constellation Wines.
This special dinner is at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16. A cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m. Seating is very limited for this event, and reservations are required. Known as “The Soul of Napa Valley Fine Wine,” Robert Mondavi Winery produces some of the finest wines in the world – one of which is its Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery is also famous for its Sauvignon Blanc grapes, from which Mondavi crafted his signature Fumé Blanc.
