White Rock Coffee Opens in Rosewood Court

White Rock Coffee is officially open at Rosewood Property Company’s Rosewood Court. The local coffeehouse offers freshly roasted coffee and cold brew, handmade pastries and lunches to tenants and the neighboring Uptown community.

White Rock Coffee, an original Texas coffeehouse, will host its Rosewood Court location grand opening on Feb. 7, offering free samples of homemade pastries and breakfast will be served. While most of White Rock Coffee’s locations are in the White Rock Lake area, this coffeehouse is centralized in Dallas’ premium business district, catering to local and international clients as well as the entire Uptown district. The coffeehouse is located next to the main Rosewood Court lobby.

“White Rock Coffee offers an authentic quality and taste to our Rosewood Court tenants and the surrounding neighborhood,” said Rick Perdue, President of Rosewood Property. “It’s a great convenience to our tenants to have such a popular coffee shop serving our building.”

Serving customers for 17 years, White Rock Coffee was the first Dallas coffeehouse to roast its own coffee. With a comforting vibe that encourages conversation, White Rock Coffee at Rosewood Court features rose-colored cups as well as many different seating areas. The menu offers a variety of drinks, including the Rosewood-inspired drink named the “Rosewood Blossom” which is featured only at Rosewood Court. Breakfast, lunch and dessert items are made fresh daily from the commercial bakery. This location will also offer catering options to serve Rosewood Court tenants and surrounding neighbors.

“It all started in May of 2005 with nothing more than a passion for coffee and a dream of a coffeehouse rooted in community,” said Nancy and Bob Baker, Founders/Owners of White Rock Coffee. “Here we are, almost 18 years later, seeing this dream come to life every day! Now, we are opening the most beautiful, little shop we could think of in a building like Rosewood Court! Honestly, it’s surreal. We are very excited about the years ahead as we continue to deepen our roots in this new neighborhood.”

Rosewood Court is in the heart of Dallas’ Uptown District.
