- Salsiccia – Terra’s house-made sausage
- Salmone Affumicato – smoked salmon, focaccia, cream cheese, pickled red onions, and caper berries.
- A la care Eggs – order your wood-fired eggs and choose between uove fritte, two fried Cedar Ridge Farm eggs, or strapazzate, soft scrambled Cedar Ridge Farm eggs with your choice of toppings including; avocado, guanciale, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, or spinach
Sweeten things up with Terra’s house-made pastries, pies, and cakes. And, no brunch is complete without a glass – or two – of bubbly. Guests are encouraged to try Terra’s famous Bollicine and to create their own personalized experience with a selection of fruit purees.
Brunch is priced at $59 per adult and $25 per child (10 & under). Reservations are accessible through OpenTable with both indoor and outdoor dining options available. Terra is open from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 14 for brunch.
