Malibu Poke, the award-winning fast fine-casual poke spot from Dallas restaurateur, Jon Alexis of Imperial Fizz Restaurant Group (Ramble Room, TJ’s Seafood, Escondido), has launched a new permanent menu item for the first time in years, the Mango Lime Salmon Bowl.

The new bowl, created by Stan Rodrigues, Imperial Fizz’s Culinary Director, is made with fresh mango, salmon, lime, edamame, scallion, mint, daikon, micros, and macadamia nuts.

Malibu Poke’s chef-created menu features sashimi-grade seafood, scratch sauces and farm-fresh vegetables, fruits & herbs, which are sourced from local farms whenever possible. Malibu’s emphasis on ingredients permeates every detail down to the highest quality soy sauce.

At Malibu Poke, the emphasis is also on healthy eating with 100% gluten free, vegan options alongside a beverage program including rose (still, sparkling & frozen “frose”), craft beers, wine on tap, sake, kombucha, teas and fresh juices. The new bowl is Whole30 Friendly.

The Mango Lime Salmon Bowl is available now at all locations.

Imperial Fizz, the new hospitality group formed this past year by Jon Alexis has most recently opened Escondido Tex-Mex in Preston Hollow and Ramble Room in Snider Plaza.
