When September hits the calendar it means football and tailgating season has arrived! Crossbuck BBQ & Smokehouse has rolled out tailgate packages featuring party favorites that guests and hosts alike will love.

All tailgating parties need great BBQ, and they need it ready when the starting whistle blows. With Crossbuck’s fan-favorite menu, you can pick from our customized tailgate menu options for easy planning and ordering for all your parties this Fall.

  • Tailgate Package #1: $94.99 – (24) Smoked Wings, (2) Large Brisket Queso & Chips, (3) lbs Smoked Poblano Sausage Bites
  • Tailgate Package #2: $154.99 – (24) Smoked Wings, (2) Large Brisket Queso & Chips, (3) lbs Smoked Poblano Sausage Bites and (2) lbs Texas-Style Chopped Brisket (with Buns, Pickles, & BBQ Sauce to BYO Sandwiches) 

*Tailgate packages are available all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during football season.

In addition to the packages, the tailgate menu includes Crossbuck’s famous smoked wings, all the classic smoked meats (by the pound), and sides (by the half or full pan, serving up to 30 people). Choose from authentic Central-Texas Style Brisket, Brisket Candy (Burnt Ends), St. Louis-style pork ribs, in addition to CB’s signature side, Vermont Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese, Brisket Baked Beans, and so much more…

Crossbuck’s tailgate options provide the perfect addition to any game. Most online orders can be placed and picked up in about 20 minutes or delivered in 45 minutes. For orders over $250, Crossbuck appreciates 24 hours’ notice to get everything you need for any sized party.

Customers can also enjoy all the College and NFL games at Crossbuck. Featuring large-screen televisions, lots of drink options and $3 margaritas every day, it’s a great place to watch your favorite teams play and fill up with mouthwatering BBQ.
