Reservations are officially open and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The omakase experience will consist of tasty bites and shareables including:
- masu crudo | strawberry, kosho
- toyosu nigiri selection | sawara, shima aji
- surf and turf maki | wagyu, snow crab, asian pear
- toyosu sashimi selection | buri, hirame
- lamb bao | labneh, miso, carrot
