- toyosu nigiri selection | bluefin akami and masu toro
- otoro | tartare apple, caviar, myoga
- duck breast | cherry, turnip, nutmeg
- shima aji crudo | apple, shiso, brown butter
- toyosu nigiri selection | bincho, sawara
- toyosu sashimi selection | buri
- lamb chop | pomegranate, labneh, sumac
- Plus scrumptious apple pie topped with white chocolate and cinnamon for dessert.

Also, expertly crafted by Chef de Cuisine, Rhonda Mccullar, Uchibā Dallas is offering a mouthwatering Omakase menu for Valentines to indulge on the eve of February 14. Reservations are officially open and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The omakase experience will consist of tasty bites and shareables including:
- masu crudo | strawberry, kosho
- toyosu nigiri selection | sawara, shima aji
- surf and turf maki | wagyu, snow crab, asian pear
- toyosu sashimi selection | buri, hirame
- lamb bao | labneh, miso, carrot
- Plus okashi (a selection of chocolate, hazelnut, raspberry sweets) for dessert.
