GOAT Hospitality Group proudly announces the grand opening of The GOAT Dallas, bringing its renowned Euro-Mediterranean dining and vibrant nightlife experience to the heart of Victory Park in Downtown Dallas. Founded in March 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, The GOAT concept was born from the shared vision of cousins and hospitality business partners James Alame and Nabil Alame to create a modern dining concept with international flair and a dynamic atmosphere.
Executive Chef Ozzy Samano and Michelin Star Award-winning Chef Pascal Sanchez have curated a menu that takes diners on a culinary journey around the globe with a variety of Mediterranean and internationally inspired dishes. Chef Ozzy was formerly Executive Chef at Bob’s Steak and Chophouse and also a guest chef at the PGA Masters tour in Augusta, Georgia. Chef Sanchez is a Michelin-starred French chef, with more than 30 years’ experience working in and managing an international roster of kitchens in France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Complemented by a unique selection of handcrafted cocktails, the menu these two dynamic chefs have prepared offers an unparalleled dining experience that captures the essence of Dallas’s vibrant dining and nightlife scene.
“Our vision for The GOAT Dallas is to create a space where guests can indulge in exquisite cuisine, enjoy innovative cocktails, and immerse themselves in a lively atmosphere,” said James Alame, owner of The GOAT Dallas. “With our Euro-Mediterranean menu and upscale lounge ambiance, we’re excited to offer a dining and nightlife experience unlike any other in Dallas.”
The 7,000 square-foot establishment features an upstairs private lounge with a DJ booth overlooking the first floor, providing an intimate setting for guests to enjoy the electrifying atmosphere. General Manager Matthew Mogg ensures impeccable service and hospitality, making The GOAT Dallas the prime spot for hosting parties and private events.
From the owner’s favorite entrée, the Lobster Organata, to the Dynamite Shrimp and Baked Goat Cheese Dip, The GOAT offers a tantalizing array of dishes that showcase the culinary expertise of the chefs. Sanchez, who consulted and collaborated on the food menu, expressed his excitement for the venture, stating, “The GOAT Dallas represents a fusion of flavors and experiences, and I’m thrilled to be a part of creating something truly exceptional.” The GOAT will feature dinner service exclusively upon their opening, but lunch and brunch service will be soon to follow.

Cocktails such as the Lost Duck Drink and Sicilian Dreams, featuring bubbles on the top, will quickly become favorites among guests, while live entertainment, including DJs on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, performers on Fridays and Saturdays and an electric violinist on Saturdays, adds to the vibrant ambiance and experimental dining experience.
With its upscale lounge vibe, delectable cuisine, and electrifying entertainment, The GOAT Dallas promises to be a must-visit destination for both locals and visitors alike, offering an unforgettable dining and nightlife experience in the heart of Dallas.
