  • Maple Cure Buffalo Tenderloin Tacos on White Corn Tortillas
    • Blue Cheese, Smoked Chili Aioli, Sriracha and Fried Avocados 
  • Dr. Pepper Braised Short Ribs
    • Whipped Potatoes, Honey/Thyme Glazed Carrots and Tobacco Onions
