
Bar Sardine, the cozy French bistro in Snider Plaza, is excited to introduce its new all-day menu, available now. Starting at 11 a.m., guests can enjoy a selection of breakfast and lunch dishes in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Created by Executive Chef Eliott Azoulay, the menu features a mix of classic Parisian breakfast and lunch favorites. Highlights include the Belgian Waffle with berries and maple syrup, the Croque Monsieur with ham and Gruyère served with Grey Poupon, Saumon Fumé with eggs, smoked salmon, crème fraîche, and capers, Toast à L’avocat with egg mollet, smashed avocado, and whipped goat cheese, Salade Niçoise with tuna, haricot vert, potatoes, and eggs, and Jambon Cru with eggs, prosciutto, and shaved parmesan.
The all-day menu is available for walk-in seating, allowing guests to enjoy both the bistro’s cozy indoor space and charming outdoor patio. Service runs Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., making it the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or leisurely lunch.

Chef Azoulay, who moved to Dallas specifically for this venture, brings his expertise in French and Mediterranean cuisine to Bar Sardine. A graduate of the prestigious École Ducasse in Paris, Azoulay honed his skills in renowned Parisian bistros and Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Petit Nice in Marseille.
With its intimate ambiance and undeniable Parisian charm, Bar Sardine has quickly become a local favorite, offering an authentic taste of Paris right in the heart of Dallas. While walk-in seating is available for the all-day menu, reservations are recommended for evening dining.
