This upscale restaurant will offer an elevated take on a beloved classic: smoked fajitas, reimagined with global influences. With a focus on bold, smoky flavors and a cozy, refined atmosphere, El Molino invites guests to experience Mexican food in a whole new way.
Inspired by the vibrant energy of Mexico City and the elegance of French design, El Molino will feature an intimate dining experience with 65 seats, including a small 8-seat bar. The menu will highlight unique smoked fajitas, such as smoked quail and smoked sausage, each prepared with a global twist that takes the dish to new heights.
The restaurant’s design will reflect its moody, sophisticated vibe, with dark wood, carpet, and white tablecloths that create a timeless, elegant atmosphere. Candlelight will add to the ambiance, setting the stage for a relaxed yet refined dining experience.
