José, the modern Mexican restaurant located on Lovers Lane, is introducing more than bold, regionally inspired cuisine this summer. For the first time, the restaurant has launched a curated live music series, enhancing the weekend dining experience with a fusion of food, music, and culture.
This new entertainment program—curated by Brandt Wood, a veteran entertainment executive and Vice President of Entertainment at Woodhouse—infuses José’s dining atmosphere with the vibrant sounds of regional Mexico. Guests can now enjoy DJ sets every Friday and Saturday evening, along with live acoustic performances during Sunday brunch. Running throughout the summer, the series brings fresh energy and artistic flair to the neighborhood.
“We’ve always envisioned José as more than just a place to eat—it’s a cultural experience,” says Brandt Wood. “This new music program brings that vision to life in a completely new way. The early response has been phenomenal, and we’re just getting started.”
Regardless of guests who are enjoying José’s signature Squozen Frozen Margarita made with Mijenta Tequila, the house-made Casa Guacamole, or the rich, slow-cooked Carnitas, the addition of live music adds an electric layer to the dining experience. With high-quality ingredients and thoughtful interpretations of traditional Mexican flavors, José continues to offer compelling reasons to return—now with a soundtrack that invites diners to stay a little longer.
Live Music Schedule:
José will host live music from Wednesday through Sunday weekly, including two performances on Saturdays (during brunch and in the evening). Guests can expect a rotating lineup of live acoustic sets and DJ performances, enlivening both the indoor dining room and the climate-controlled patio.
