
Ginger’s, the speakeasy-style cocktail lounge tucked behind Sushi | Bar in downtown Dallas, has unveiled its first-ever dessert menu—just in time to pair with a bold lineup of new cocktails.
The dessert offerings are designed to match the lounge’s sophisticated vibe, with indulgent selections like Ginger’s Famous Warm Apple Tart served with housemade caramel and vanilla ice cream; Madagascar Vanilla Crème Brûlée topped with caramelized sugar and fresh raspberries; and the Chocolate Chip Gelato Swirl featuring vanilla gelato, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and hazelnut. Guests can also enjoy the refreshing Amalfi Lemon Ripieno with Italian lemon sorbetto, toasted coconut, and mint, or the decadent Chocolate Temptation—a layered chocolate cake with hazelnut mousse, hazelnut crunch, and chocolate glaze.
To complement the sweets, Bar Lead Eric Simmons has crafted a new cocktail menu full of inventive creations. Mezcal-based highlights include That’s Just a Friend (Mezcal, aloe, Licor 43, Ancho Reyes, beets, lime, and fuego) and the Banana Coquito (Mezcal, tequila, banana, coconut, lime, Montenegro amaro, and nutmeg).


Sotol drinkers will appreciate the Sotol Sour, made with hibiscus-infused Los Magos Sotol, yuzu demerara, elote Nixta, lime, and egg white, as well as Ginger’s Mule, blending elderflower, Los Magos Sotol, ginger, dry vermouth, and lime.
Cognac fans can sip on Jada Fire, which balances VS cognac with lemon, Licor 43, passion fruit, crème de cacao, and bubbly, or The Last Course, a dessert-inspired drink with brown butter-washed cognac, white chocolate, heavy cream, and nutmeg.
Other creative concoctions include the Kiwi Daddy (strawberry-infused tequila, kiwi agave, cinnamon, lime), Kezo Mix (bourbon, Averna amaro, orange oleo, citric acid, black walnut and orange bitters), Bobbie Jean Robinson (blanco tequila, strawberry agave, lavender honey, lime, rhubarb liqueur, basil), and Velvet Vice (coconut-washed bourbon, framboise, espresso, and amaretto).
Ginger’s continues to set the bar high for downtown Dallas nightlife, blending timeless elegance, next-level cocktails, and an immersive guest experience. Open Sunday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday until 1 a.m., it’s a destination that celebrates both the classic and the cutting edge.
