Monarch, the wood-fired modern Italian restaurant perched 49 floors above Downtown Dallas, invites guests to keep the National Caviar Day celebration going with an extravagant Caviar Brunch on Sunday, July 20 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. Priced at $150 per person, this indulgent, one-day-only experience is a decadent ode to the world’s most elegant ingredient, perfectly timed just two days after National Caviar Day on July 18. Monarch’s Caviar Brunch extends the moment with dramatic tableside activations, exclusive caviar-centric dishes, and luxe beverage pairings, all framed by the city’s most iconic skyline views.
As guests settle into the dining room, they’ll be welcomed with tableside caviar service courtesy of a roving captain outfitted with a custom caviar holster, offering indulgent tastes in an unforgettable format. Throughout the brunch, guests can toast the occasion with Caviar Martinis, Champagne & Caviar pairings, and even Caviar Bellinis, turning every sip into a celebration.

The curated prix-fixe menu opens with a selection of warm breakfast pastries and seasonal accompaniments, followed by a playful take on “Ham & Eggs” made with prosciutto, crispy panisse, avocado, egg yolk jam, and a crown of Royal Osetra Caviar.
Entrée choices include refined brunch favorites with Italian influence:
- Smoked Salmon Benedict with avocado, creamed spinach, and salmon roe
- Siberian Caviar Carbonara with rigatoni, pancetta, and cured egg yolk
- Wood Oven Roasted Prawns with herbed polenta and heirloom tomatoes
- Steak & Eggs with a 6oz filet, smoked tomato butter, and Barolo jus
- Cannoli-Stuffed French Toast with brûléed peach and basil whip
- Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with blueberry compote and Meyer lemon marmalade
For those looking to indulge further, enhancements include Osetra Caviar & Oysters ($200) and Caviar Deviled Eggs ($32), along with premium steak upgrades like A5 Filet (5oz, $180), 45-Day Dry-Aged Tomahawk (34oz, $210), and Texas Wagyu Striploin from Rosewood Ranch (10oz, $120).
Family-style sides round out the meal with indulgent touches like Crispy Yukon Hash Browns, Calabrian Honey-Glazed Smoked Bacon, and Eggs on Eggs, scrambled eggs topped with pomodoro, Kaluga caviar, and Calabrian chili.
The experience concludes with the full Monarch dessert menu, available all day, and a Kids’ Plate ($45) for young brunch-goers featuring eggs, bacon, ricotta pancakes, and seasonal jam.
“This brunch is our playful yet refined answer to National Caviar Day,” says Executive Chef Jason Rohan. “We wanted to extend the celebration into a format that feels fresh, luxurious, and unmistakably Monarch.”
