
The heat is on this fall as Shef Food + Wine makes its much-anticipated return to Grand Prairie, Texas, from October 24–26, 2025. Tickets are now available for the festival’s second edition, curated by culinary luminaries Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley—the visionary duo behind T2D Concepts, a purpose-driven hospitality group. This three-day celebration blends nationally recognized chefs, world-class food and beverage experiences, and a mission to create meaningful impact through hospitality.
The festivities begin Friday, October 24, with a Restaurant Takeover at Radici Wood Fired Grill—an intimate, four-course dinner led by powerhouse chefs. For those seeking a more spirited start, an impact-focused panel discussion with Robin McBride and Fawn Weaver will pair thought-provoking conversation with a wine and whiskey tasting. The night concludes with a lively After Party, setting the tone for the weekend ahead.
Saturday’s schedule kicks off with a Pickleball Tournament, followed by an afternoon of tastings, craft cocktails, curated wine pours, and storytelling sessions led by culinary and beverage experts. The evening’s marquee event, the Grand Tasting, will showcase signature dishes and drinks from some of the nation’s most celebrated chefs.

Beyond the flavors, Shef Food + Wine champions a greater purpose. Continuing its partnership with the Texas Restaurant Foundation, the festival will support RECIPE—an innovative workforce development initiative from T2D Concepts designed to empower hospitality professionals through education and mentorship. Scholarships will also be awarded to aspiring culinary students from the Dallas area.
