CATCH Dallas, the iconic dining destination by Catch Hospitality Group in Uptown’s landmark Maple Terrace development, hosted an exclusive Sip & See event on Tuesday, September 23 to showcase its dynamic private event spaces. Guests experienced firsthand how the brand’s renowned cuisine, signature hospitality, and award-nominated interiors come together to create one of Dallas’s most dynamic event settings.
Spanning 10,600 square feet across two stories, CATCH Dallas embodies a striking blend of modern elegance and historic charm. From the bold marble and Venetian plaster finishes to the rich lacquered woods and antique mirrors, every detail by the acclaimed Rockwell Group heightens the energy of the space. The restaurant’s centerpiece olive tree anchors the main dining room, while the dramatic Emerald Room, complete with maximal floral wallcoverings, green lacquer paneling, and a copper-accented bar, sets the stage for elevated private gatherings.
The Sip & See began with guests greeted by mini espresso martinis before mingling through the Emerald Room and onto the upstairs terrace, where panoramic skyline views set the scene. A showstopping raw bar anchored the room, featuring an overflowing signature CATCH sushi boat with oysters, sashimi, and shrimp, complemented by passed bites from the globally inspired menu. The space buzzed with lively conversation, an atmosphere both glamorous and celebratory. Dallas tastemakers and event planners in attendance included Kaleta Blaffer Johnson, Annika Cail, Stephanie Hollman, Julian Leaver, Karis Renee, Kristyn Ampofo, and Jill Berger.
