Dee Lincoln Prime Presents an Exclusive Altima Caviar + Champagne Madame Zero Masterclass Dinner

Dee Lincoln Prime is proud to present an extraordinary evening of luxury dining on Wednesday, October 29 with the Altima Caviar + Champagne Madame Zero Masterclass Dinner, an exclusive six-course culinary event that celebrates the finest pairings of caviar and champagne. 

This unforgettable experience will bring together the world’s most exquisite caviars and rare Madame Zero Champagnes for a night of indulgence, sophistication, and artistry.

Each of the six courses has been carefully designed to highlight a unique variety of caviar, paired with exceptional proteins and premium wines. Guests will begin their journey with Kaluga Hybrid Caviar, served in Caviar Sammies and Caviar Cones featuring Hawaiian-style potato buns and mini savory sesame cones, perfectly complemented by Madame Zero Extra Aged Blanc de Blancs, Premier Cru, Vertus. The second course, Siberian Caviar, will be paired with a King Crab Roll made with Alaskan King Crab, miso butter, and soy paper, served alongside J. Moreau & Fils “Valmur” Chablis Grand Cru 2021.

The evening continues with Amber Oscietra Caviar, presented with Kagoshima A5 tartare, lightly torched and paired with cured egg yolk and pommes pavé, matched with Madame Zero Extra Aged Rosé, Premier Cru, Vertus. The next course features Beluga Hybrid Caviar, served with Kobe Beef and Blue Fin Tuna, accompanied by a lobster roll and paired once again with Madame Zero Extra Aged Rosé, Premier Cru, Vertus. The fifth course, Pure Beluga Caviar, will be featured in a delicate scallop dish with beurre blanc foam and sea essence, complemented by the 2013 Madame Zero Grand Vintage “Mille,” Premier Cru, Vertus.

The dinner concludes with a decadent dessert of Venetian chocolate bon bons, served with Martel XO Cognac, bringing the evening to a luxurious close.

This masterclass dinner experience is priced at $1,500 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, with limited seating available.
