The Usual, North Texas’ first craft cocktail bar, is bringing back its popular chef dinner series, Four Courses at The Usual, beginning February 15, 2026, with reservations now open. The limited series returns with a new focus on highlighting sous chefs through intimate, one-night-only culinary and cocktail collaborations.
The first dinner in the six-part 2026 lineup features Executive Sous Chef Adam Krajewski of The Chumley House, paired with Lisa Little-Adams, Managing Partner of Proper Cocktail Lounge. Each experience includes a four-course tasting menu with two seatings at 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Seating is limited and reservations are required (reserve HERE).
Originally launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, Four Courses quickly became one of The Usual’s most beloved offerings. The 2026 return—Four Courses at The Usual: Sous Series—builds on that success by giving rising chefs from Fort Worth’s top kitchens a rare chance to take center stage.
Chef Krajewski brings experience from respected kitchens across the U.S. and Mexico, including Don Artemio, Azul Condesa, Eleven Madison Park, and Manresa. He is joined by Little-Adams of Proper Cocktail Lounge, a Fort Worth Historic Near Southside staple recognized for its thoughtful hospitality and inventive cocktails.
The February dinner will spotlight a four-course menu built around tea as an ingredient, paired with cocktails designed to complement each dish. A total of six dinners are planned throughout 2026, with future chefs including CJ Fields of Walloon’s Restaurant and Easton Osman of Emilia’s Fort Worth, with additional dates to be announced.
