55 Seventy will host its Inaugural Food & Wine Tasting Experience on Saturday, August 29, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., offering members and invited guests an afternoon of exceptional wines, chef-driven cuisine and meaningful connections with some of the industry’s premier wine producers.
Designed as a portfolio-style walk-around tasting, the event will feature an impressive collection of winery partners alongside a lineup of talented local chefs. Guests will have the opportunity to move from station to station, sampling thoughtfully paired food and wines while meeting the winemakers behind each label.
Featured winery partners include, J.O. Sullivan, Alpha Omega, CAST, Volio Imports, Hudson Ranch, AXR, Gamble Estates, Wilson Daniels, The Vineyardist, The Hilt & Jonata, and Brandon Gregory Wines.
The culinary lineup will feature 55 Seventy Executive Chef Josh Sutcliff, alongside Chef Peja Krstic of Mot Hai Ba, Chef Toby Archibald of Quarter Acre, Chef Nick Walker of Whiskey Cake and 55 Seventy Houston chefs Diego Fernandez and Jacob Solomon.
