Tom+Chee Opens in CityLine Today

Cincinnati-based restaurant Tom+Chee is celebrating the opening of its first Texas location today in Richardson’s CityLine development. The 62-seat, 2,400-square-foot restaurant is located at 1251 State Street Suite 800 Richardson, street level of Three CityLine. An additional 10 seats will be accessible when the patio opens.

“We are excited to introduce this fresh, fun, new concept to Dallas/Fort Worth and Texas,” said local franchisees Greg and Wendy Sippel. “Tom+Chee reminds us of the comfort foods of days past, but with a twist. Three Restaurants Added To Richardson’s CityLine

A trio of new restaurant additions were announced to the growing list of tenants slated to open at CityLine today, the 186-acre mixed-use project in Richardson, Texas. The restaurants, all new to the Richardson market, include: Fernando’s Mexican Cuisine, Fresh To Order, and Tricky Fish.

Fernando’s Mexican Cuisine offers upscale Tex-Mex dining with the continental influence of Mexico City. Menu items include fajitas served sizzling from the grill, classic taco and enchilada plates, and regional dishes of Mexico such as Tacos de Pescado and Pollo con Mole Poblano. Dishes prepared with only the freshest ingredients are served by a professional and attentive staff. Patrons can enjoy weekday lunch and happy hour specials, patio dining, brunch, and dinner, as well as to-go and catering services.   Continue reading

Edoko Sushi & Robata and Tom+Chee Opening in Richardson’s CityLine

Richardson’s CityLine development is  in full construction mode, and so far will include an Aloft hotel; LOOK Cinemas; Whole Foods Market; Jaspers; CoalVines; 935 apartments; a wellness office building anchored by Texas Health Resources and Children’s Health; and a health and fitness facility adjacent to a 3.5-acre park with trails. By September 2015, CityLine is expected to have a daytime population of 10,000 people. At full build-out, the CityLine project will contain approximately six million square feet of office space, two hotels, 3,925 multi-family residential units, 300,000 square feet of grocery, restaurant, entertainment and retail space, and three parks

Developers KDC announced two new restaurants that plan on making CityLine their home. Look for both Edoko Sushi & Robata and Tom+Chee.

Good Union Urban Barbecue Opening In CityLine Fall 2015

Good Union Urban Barbeque will open its first location at CityLine, the 186-acre mixed-use project in Richardson, Texas. The restaurant will serve Texas barbeque favorites like USDA Prime brisket, pork, sausage, ham, turkey and ribs. Classic side items include smoked beans, cole slaw and potato salad. All food will be made fresh daily and served on a first-come, first-serve basis to ensure the highest quality. This includes meat smoked on an indoor fire pit equipped with special ventilation to accommodate the building, allowing for a smoky flavor without overwhelming guests.   Continue reading

Jasper’s Announced As First Restaurant In Richardson’s KDC Cityline

KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate development and investment firms, today announced that Chef Kent Rathbun’s Jasper’s “Gourmet Backyard Cuisine” concept will join CityLine, the company’s 186-acre mixed-use project in Richardson, Texas. The restaurant is scheduled to open in summer 2015.
