Cincinnati-based restaurant Tom+Chee is celebrating the opening of its first Texas location today in Richardson’s CityLine development. The 62-seat, 2,400-square-foot restaurant is located at 1251 State Street Suite 800 Richardson, street level of Three CityLine. An additional 10 seats will be accessible when the patio opens.
“We are excited to introduce this fresh, fun, new concept to Dallas/Fort Worth and Texas,” said local franchisees Greg and Wendy Sippel. “Tom+Chee reminds us of the comfort foods of days past, but with a twist. Richardson’s CityLine development is in full construction mode, and so far will include an Aloft hotel; LOOK Cinemas; Whole Foods Market; Jaspers; CoalVines; 935 apartments; a wellness office building anchored by Texas Health Resources and Children’s Health; and a health and fitness facility adjacent to a 3.5-acre park with trails. By September 2015, CityLine is expected to have a daytime population of 10,000 people.
