News of the owner of Celebration, the age old and original farm-to-table restaurant in Dallas, passed away this week. Ed Lowe opened Celebration in 1971 when Lowe was 22 years old and has been expanding since, even opening a satellite shop in the outer reaches of his parking lot to sell jams, breads and fresh vegetables that he used at the restaurant.
