Dallas Japanese restaurants, organizations and talents team up to create a fun food festival to highlight favorite Japanese dishes, to celebrate local Japanese talents and to celebrate Haru Matsuri (Spring)!
The Japanese Spring Food Festival will be held on Sunday, April 22, from 5 pm to 9 pm at Niwa Japanese BBQ’s patio and neighboring patio. Free event. There will be 4 food and drink stations serving yakitori skewers from Niwa Japanese BBQ, sushi and rolls by Y’s Catering Kitchen, ramen debut by Ichigoh (opening Summer 2018) and drinks by George Kaiho of Jettison.
