While we are sleeping each night the folks at HG Sply Co. are busy working to complete the new patio area on the rooftop of not one building, but three. Not only aer they remodeling their own roof, but also the adjacent rooftop of neighboring Gym of Social Mechanics which recently opened below, and their future restaurant to the north in the former Public House space, making the sky bar one very massive build-out. HG has leased the Public House space below as well and will be turning that into a restaurant as their next project. Continue reading
