Dining On The Cutting Edge

Nothing will spoil a wonderful meal faster than having inferior flatware that is too light weight  or clunky.  Fortunately Crave had the opportunity to test a new line that is neither.  In fact this set adds the additional feature of having a beveled outer tine that allows the diner to cut meats.  This well balanced, well weighted flatware felt comfortable in our hands and made dining a joy.

We prepared a feast to test the functionality of the utensils.  The spoons, designed with a sensual curve and graceful dip that fits perfectly in your hand and is comfortable to use.  The fork er…Knork cut surprisingly well through everything, including the ribeye.   The unique design fits in well with any setting and simplifies dining.

Not only can you test these pieces out for yourself at Nosh Euro Bistro, but they are also available for purchase at Duo.  They are also being featured on Bravo TV’s “Top Chef All-Stars Season 8” and NBC’s “America’s Next Great Restaurant”.  Knork flatware is available at fine restaurants across the country, including Stefan Richter’s Stefan’s at LA Farm, Hector Santiago’s Pura Vida, and Richard Blais’ FLiP Burger,  iNG in Chicago, Mo-Chica in LA and Reef and Stella Sola in Houston and has also been featured on the Food Network’s “Unwrapped” while also being one of Rachel Ray’s new fave thing.  Try them out for yourself!
