More Hatch Sightings: Marquee Grill

by Steven Doyle

In our continued vigilance to the Hatch Pepper Season we bring great news on the pepper front. Monday evening, August 29th, Marquee Grill in Highland Park Village will kick off their monthly Supper Club dinners with a tribute to the Hatch Chili.

One Monday night per month, Executive Chef Tre Wilcox and Executive Bar Manager Jason Kosmas will combine efforts by presenting a unique menu that is sure to delight the palate of those willing to be a bit more creative in their dining experience.

“The Marquee Supper Club is a gathering full of culinary adventures-intertwining the combined expertise of Wilcox and Kosmas. Every month foodies, gourmands and bon vivants will gather to break bread, quaff libations and share unique experiences in food and drink. Every congregation of the Supper Club will be centered around an inspiration that will take food and drink pairings into tasteful and new directions,” explains owner Brian Twomey.

Reservations are required. $95 per person for Hatch Chili Dinner. Seating is limited. Email reservations@marqueegrill.com or call 214.522.6035.
