Earlier this week we got a quote from chef Richard Chamberlain saying he was going to New York City to win a little grilling contest, competing with regional winners from across the country and sponsored by Kingsford. Well, he did. Welcome back chef Richard Chamberlain and his giant Texas-sized check.
You can meet chef Chamberlain at his restaurant most nights, but this weekend you might catch him on the State Fairgrounds at the Dallas City Arts Festival.
We called Chamberlain and he said that he couldn’t believe that he actually won. Have you been to his steakhouse in Addison lately? If you have you will know why he took top honors.
