Earlier this week we got a quote from chef Richard Chamberlain saying he was going to New York City to win a little grilling contest, competing with regional winners from across the country and sponsored by Kingsford. You can meet chef Chamberlain at his restaurant most nights, but this weekend you might catch him on the State Fairgrounds at the Dallas City Arts Festival.
