We attended the Southwest Foodservice Expo this weekend which is one of the largest food shows in the country. The show boasts food and beverage vendors from across the country all with the promise of catching the eye of purchasing agents for restaurants and hotels. The show continues today but we already have a load of material to share this week.
If you are a chef or restaurant owner looking for new ideas, equipment or want to sample the latest in beer, wine or spirits (we did) , then you still have until this afternoon to hightail it over to the Dallas Convention Center.
