You know chef Josh Black. He has worked the kitchen at Stephan Pyles, was the execuchef at Campo and more recently headed up kitchen duties at People’s Last Stand. I saw Black at an event recently where he told me he has taken time to be with his family for a bit, but we seem to see the nose-to-tail chef out doing more pop-ups and charity events than ever before. Today he sends word that he is doing a beer brunc, and this looks like some fun you will not want to miss.
The beer brunch is $35 which includes four courses with four paired beers. This special brunch will be at the World Beer Company Bottle Shop on lower Greenville, it starts at noon and finish around 2 pm May 19, 2013.. For reservations call Stephanie at the Bottle Shop (214.828.2873) to get on the list as there will only be about 30 seats available. Josh Black invites you to come get your day drunk on with him and enjoy his selections of food and beer.
