Nora Restaurant and Bar has been busier than ever and for very good reason. The place in phenomenal. Now the owners are busy building a cool rooftop bar and a party room next door. The empire expands, and good things happen to those that strive for incredible quality.
If you are an avid reader of craveDFW, you remember Nora as being a fairly new addition to Lowest Greenville Avenue. They are located within feet of where the new Trader Joes is being built. This is hot real estate, to be sure.
Chef-owner Matt Pikar has taken his Afghan cuisine to task and given us some delicious dishes such as his Kadu , which is made of sautéed pumpkin, garlic yogurt and meat sauce. We are also partial to his Lamb Sabazi Chalao.
The couple recently called to tell me about their first wine dinner they are hosting May 23, 2013. The cost is $55 a person and will sell out quickly. Nab your reservations today by calling 214-828-0095.
