Green House Market, a new concept in dining from the team behind Green House Truck, will launch at NorthPark Center on November 1st. With a focus on fresh & healthy cuisine, the market will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The restaurant will feature counter-service, a wide variety of to-go options, and catering.
Chef Ben Hutchison of Green House Truck – Dallas Fort Worth’s first gourmet food truck – will serve as executive chef. Staple entrees from the truck – Grilled Ciabatta Sandwiches and Stir-fried Brown Rice Bowls – will return to the menu. The restaurant will also feature a fresh pressed juice and coffee bar featuring Blue Bottle Coffee. The market style menu will feature items such as House-made Granola & Greek Yogurt Parfaits, Curried Pumpkin Soup with Coconut Milk & Basil, Cumin Scented Chickpeas with Castelvetrano Olives & Meyer Lemon, Sprouted Quinoa Tabouli, Seared Tuna Loin with Citrus Aioli & Micro-greens, and Flourless Lemon-Almond Cakes.
Green House founder Michael Siegel says, “We’re thrilled to bring Green House Market to NorthPark Center. We have a wonderful opportunity to provide delicious, healthy, and unique dining options to a destination steeped in tradition but always thinking forward.”
Diners will enjoy their meal amidst a minimalist environment designed by Dallas design firm Buchanan Architecture. A green tone (pantone color 376U) will pop amongst a color palette of statuary white marble counters, natural wood walls, and gravel-hued floor tiles. The restaurant includes a lounge area with Wi-Fi for casual seating, as well as patio dining. The main dining room with feature soaring 10-13 ft. ceilings that continue the vista views of NorthPark’s Center Court.
With over 3,300 square feet of interior space or 72 seats (and an additional 48 exterior seats as well as 28 seats in the mall) the restaurant will be located on the second level, adjacent to the AMC theater.
In addition to healthy gourmet fare, Green House Market will feature an art program curated by advisor Robyn Siegel. Local and internationally known artists will be displayed on a rotating and permanent basis (6 months to a year at a time) in select areas in the space.
Green House Market is located at suite 2276 in NorthPark Center, 8687 N. Central Expressway, Dallas TX. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm.
