Chef-Owner Andrea Meyer is a staple at White Rock Local Market and provides pastries and desserts to clients such as the Nespresso Café at Northpark Center and Ascension Coffee as well as online order and home delivery service Artizone.
“It’s been our goal since we established Bisous Bisous Patisserie in January 2013 and we’re finally seeing it come to life.”says Chef Meyer.
Chef Meyer cannot remember a time when dessert was not her favorite time of the day. She first found inspiration in Paris, France on her honeymoon and traveled each year to her favorite Parisian pastry shops. After an extended stay in Paris, Andrea embraced her passion for pastries, left her corporate job as a project manager and enrolled at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Andrea credits her tenure with the acclaimed Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Yountville, CA for honing her pastry skills and instilling a deep respect for her food and her customer in her work.
