Just In Time For Mother’s Day: Make It And Take It Chocolate Class


Learn how to make delicious chocolate treats in a two-hour, hands-on class taught by David Collier, executive pastry chef at Dallas’s Knife steakhouse. Presented by DallasChocolate.org, the class will teach you the techniques to make restaurant quality chocolate creations that are sure to delight your Mother. Recipes include dark chocolate raspberry, white chocolate grapefruit, and brown butter popcorn bonbons or other seasonal chocolates as well as chocolate macarons.  

Open to dessert fans of all skill levels, the class is taught in a professional kitchen and includes printouts of recipies taught. All necessary supplies will be provided. Class participants will be able to take home a treat they made for their Mother (but if you keep it for yourself, we won’t tell!).

The class takes place Saturday, May 9th, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Perfect Temper Kitchen in Plano, TX. Class fee is $50.
