Smoked meats, smoking tunes, great chefs, and a relaxed, down-to-earth good time are just around the corner. On Saturday, October 3, 2015, 2:00-10:00pm, Smoked Dallas will welcome Texas food lovers with barbecue from 15 famed Texas pitmasters and celebrated chefs from across the country, plus live performances by Asleep At The Wheel, The Suffers and more. The event promises to be fun, casual, approachable and tasty.

Food from Black’s Barbecue, BBQ on the Brazos, Bet The House, Cousins BBQ, Heim Barbecue, Hutchins BBQ, Lockhart Smokehouse, Louie Mueller Barbecue, Opie’s Barbecue and Schmidt Family Barbecue, desserts from Haute Sweets Patisserie. Plus guest chefs Norman Van Aken, Jonathan Waxman, Aarón Sánchez, Robert Del Grande, Nick Badovinus, Chris Southwick and Dean Fearing. Sides from Café Momentum.

The musical line up is staggeringly good: Asleep At The Wheel, The Suffers, Bobby Patterson, Pleasant Grove, Quaker City Nighthawks, Dean Fearing’s Lost Coyote, and Vandoliers.

You may purchase $90 VIP tickets for preferred 1:00 p.m. entry to get a one-hour jump on the BBQ tasting, as well as access to the evening’s 5:00 p.m. concert and added VIP perks. $45 general admission tickets include the tasting from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the concert. After 5:00 p.m., the event’s $22 ticket price covers the concert only, with BBQ available to purchase separately while supplies last. Special pricing available for kids.
