Republic Property Group, with the help of acclaimed local chef Graham Dodds, will launch “The Farm Stand Café & Market”, a first-of-its-kind dining concept in the core of Light Farms, an award-winning master-planned community in Celina, Texas. The innovative approach includes both a restaurant and market, which will feature cafe-style seating and market area with chilled and dry snacks and goods for grab-and-go purchase, organic produce, pastries, school-kid lunch boxes, sandwiches and more. The cafe will offer a full menu with lunch, dinner and desserts, 7 days a week.

The Farm Stand Café & Market is designed with a responsible mindset to preserve and support the local community while featuring foods prepared with local, farm fresh ingredients carefully selected to meet the needs of Light Farms, Celina and surrounding areas in North Texas.

The Farm Stand Café & Market is a pioneering approach to dining while still integrating the local community. This marks the first time a restaurant was created within a specific community in North Texas, engineered with environmentally conscious practices and in partnership with a renowned, local chef. As one of Texas’ first purveyors of farm-to-table dining, Graham Dodds is a fervent longtime supporter of local farmers and producers, and came on board with the goal of bringing residents and the surrounding areas fresh seasonal menu items while leading by example with respect to supporting local communities.

The Farm Stand Café & Market dually benefits residents and the surrounding community by offering both a full restaurant and fully merchandised market. In addition to the restaurant, which will offer fresh, seasonal, whole foods, the on-site market will carry fare from local producers, including beverages, coffee, breads and baked goods, pre-packaged snacks and goods, organic produce, meats, cheeses, eggs and milk, floral and more. The market will be curated by the merchandiser who is responsible for Central Market’s chef-prepared, to-go and market case selection, and most recently as sourcing manager for Blue Apron. Light Farms is proud to unite a collection of top artisans to create this revolutionary concept in North Texas.
