Shell Shack Opening in Fort Worth Early 2018

Since opening its first location in 2013, Shell Shack has quickly proved to be a hit with locals, supplying them with perfectly-seasoned crabs, shrimp, oysters and more. The original Uptown Dallas store has since been joined by others in Plano, Arlington and Mesquite, and now, the concept is expanding to Fort Worth.

Crews have already broken ground on Shell Shack’s new home, which will be located at Parkside at Alliance Town Center. The more than 5,000 square foot interior and 2,262 square foot patio is part of the 3.5-acre project in North Fort Worth’s most exciting development, bringing dining and nightlife destinations to a beautiful setting that looks onto Bluestem Park and includes a live music stage, outdoor seating and fun activities for the whole family, like bocce ball and cornhole.

Shell Shack isn’t your typical casual seafood spot. The vibrant interior is filled with eye-catching colors, chalkboard walls, white tables and a full bar that’s pouring beer, wine and creative cocktails. The menu, which is the real star of the show, is anchored by crab and proprietary seasoning blends that infuse everything with intense, delicious flavors. Order the popular “Boil” and you’ll receive a giant, shareable bag to spread on your table. It’s loaded with your choice of the freshest crab, shrimp or crawfish, plus potatoes, corn and sausage—all mixed up with one of the flavorful seasonings and spiced to your level of heat-seeking comfort.

Other dishes, including oysters and catfish are also fan-favorites, while non-seafood options include burgers, wings, decadent desserts and sides like hushpuppies and hand-cut fries.

To ensure no one goes hungry, no matter what their plans, patrons can enjoy the full kitchen and bar until 1:00 a.m. seven days per week—so there’s always something good to eat, even if you’re eating late.

“We’ve had our sights set on Fort Worth for a while now, and we’re so excited to be making this a reality,” said Dallas Hale, President/CEO. “We’re hopeful that the fine people of Fort Worth will enjoy our fun concept and flavorful food as much as we do. We can’t wait to share it with them, as we join what is perhaps the most exciting community of restaurants, bars, and retail in all of North Texas.”
