Since the husband and wife duo Kevin and Jenny Galvan opened the first location in 2013, they have opened four additional locations in DFW including Frisco, Lakewood, Hillcrest and most recently, Preston Hollow.
Living in the Richardson area, Kevin and Jenny Galvan were drawn to the promise of revitalization in Richardson Heights, and they wanted to be a part of it. What started as a dream has blossomed into a beloved institution, where friends, families, and burger enthusiasts gather.
Kevin Galvan, a fourth-generation restaurateur, brings a wealth of expertise honed through years in the industry. His journey began while in college, managing several locations at Houston’s, before venturing into the world of fast-casual dining with Pei Wei’s Dallas debut. Jenny Galvan complements this culinary prowess with her sales and marketing background, creating a dynamic partnership that has helped Haystack Burgers & Barley thrive.
