Henry’s Majestic is taking full advantage of the spacious, dog-friendly site which offers ample outdoor seating where customers can enjoy live music on weekends and al fresco dining. A high-end mister system and multiple fire pits have been installed to make the venue comfortable for customers year-round. For those who prefer controlled temperatures, inside dining and bar service are available in two different buildings on the premises. For sports lovers, there are TVs scattered around the premises for game day watching. Owners Andrew Popp and his spouse, Feliza Macias, have created a familiar, but slightly revamped vibe, using an industrial but contemporary design style speckled with unique “found” items throughout the two-acre site.

They are serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch right out of the gate with a menu containing flavors from all around the world in classic forms. The menu sees the return of old favorites including the Bone Marrow Burger, Bourbon Meatballs, Birria Ramen, Carnitas Dumplings, Cuban Cigars, and the High Rise Club. New menu highlights include a Halibut Aguachile made with Cucumbers, Pickled Red Onions, and Dragon Fruit Chile Water served with homemade blue corn tortilla chips, and a Seared Atlantic Halibut with a Pipian Verde sauce served with Spanish rice. The perimeter of the space offers space for Henry’s Majestic to team up with local food truck vendors to offer late-night dining for those enjoying the live music.
Alex Fletcher, who created the original bar program for Henry’s Majestic, has returned to revamp the bar’s offerings to be interesting, playful and sustainable with an inventive spin on modern classics. “I am attempting a zero-waste cocktail program with this new iteration, a sustainable wine list, and a back bar that focuses on sustainable brands.” said Fletcher, “There are some of old house favorite cocktails’ on the list for some nostalgia but also new playful modernized creative cocktails, a zero-proof portion and some ‘pup-tails’ for the canines on the menu.”
A few bar highlights include a Sparkling Strawberry Cozmo made with Reykka Vodka, house-made strawberry cordial, citrus and cranberry. The cocktail is carbonated giving a delicate effervescence. Another of Fletcher’s favorites is Smiling Jack’s nightcap, which is an ode to fall, using a pear butter – a washed whiskey that’s packed with fall spice. fortified wine and housemate bitters. For brunch, Henry’s famous Sparkle Bar is back. The brunch menu will also feature the Audrey Hepburn, an organic rose petal-infused Aperol, sparkling mineral water, and sparkling rosé.
