Tasting Collective Explodes on the Dallas Dining Scene

Tasting Collective, a prestigious dining club originating in New York but now with a presence in Portland, Las Vegas, Boston, New Orleans, San Francisco and most recently Dallas, partners with top independent restaurants in the city.

These monthly five-course dinners offer chefs a chance to experiment with new dishes, interact with guests, and receive feedback on their creations. Described as a unique space for valuable feedback, Tasting Collective’s founder Nat Gelb positions these dinners as a departure from typical online reviews.

Often, the delectable dishes crafted at these events make their way onto the restaurants’ public menus. For an annual membership fee of $165, or a discounted rate of $99 for Dallas residents using the Crave link, members secure a spot at the dinners, each priced at $65. Upcoming dinners include Maison Chinoise on March 26th with chef Ivan Yuen and Revolver Taco on April 25th featuring James Beard nominated chef Gino Rojas.

Gelb highlights Dallas’ diverse culinary scene, particularly the innovative chef-owned restaurants, as an ideal fit for Tasting Collective’s collaborative concept. Established in New York in 2016, the club has rapidly expanded to 15 cities nationwide, attracting nearly 10,000 members.

The Club offers a tantalizing glimpse into Dallas’ culinary world, providing an exclusive and personal experience with solid chefs and their restaurants. Joining also means connecting with like-minded Dallas residents who share a passion for food and dining. The club offers a peak into dining at its exclusive best.
